SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on June 29, 2016, at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") and ends on August 31, 2016, at 11:59:59 A.M. EDT.
ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia and are 18 years of age or older (or 19 for residents of AL and NE) at the time of entry and have a current mortgage loan, student loan or auto loan.
Limit of one (1) Entry per Category per person/email address. However, to receive additional entries, an entrant can do any of the following:

- Share on Twitter: From the Thank You page, entrant will be prompted to share the Sweepstakes on Twitter to receive one (1) additional Entry into the Category or Categories entrant registered for. Maximum of one (1) additional entry per registered Category via this method of entry during the Sweepstakes Period.
- Share with Email: From the Thank You page, entrant will be prompted to share the Sweepstakes via email with up to five (5) friends. Entrant will receive one (1) additional entry per registered Category for each friend that clicks on their unique link in the email sent to each friend and subsequently registers for the Sweepstakes ("Refer-a-Friend entry"). Limit five (5) Refer-a-Friend entries per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period.
- Instagram: To receive one (1) additional Entry per registered Category per day during the Sweepstakes Period, entrants who included their Instagram handle during the registration process can post a unique image each day depicting what financial freedom means to them with the hashtag #onUpSweepstakes ("Instagram Entry"). Limit one (1) additional Instagram Entry per person per day via this method of entry. Each image must be unique in order to count toward an additional Entry.
- Twitter: To receive one (1) additional Entry per registered Category per day during the Sweepstakes Period, entrants who included their Twitter handle during the registration process can Tweet out a unique Tweet about what financial freedom means to them with the hashtag #onUpSweepstakes ("Twitter Entry"). Limit one (1) additional Twitter Entry per person per day via this method of entry. Each Tweet must be unique in order to count toward an additional Entry.
PRIZES, ODDS OF WINNING AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):
- FIVE (5) GRAND PRIZES FOR MORTGAGE CATEGORY: Each Grand Prize winner will receive a check for up to $1,500.00, monthly, for twelve (12) months to use towards Grand Prize winner's current mortgage. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a mortgage is defined as a closed-end lien for a single property, and does not include home equity lines, home equity loans, nor fees/penalties ("Mortgage"), which Mortgage must be current and in good standing, and not in default. Limit of one (1) loan per person. PLEASE NOTE, individual prize shall be lesser of the winner's monthly Mortgage payment [including as applicable principal, interest and escrow] on the date the Message is sent to such winner up to $1,500.00 per month, or the winner's total outstanding Mortgage balance up to $18,000.00. ARV: $18,000.00 each.
- TEN (10) GRAND PRIZES FOR STUDENT LOAN CATEGORY: Each Grand Prize winner will receive a check for up to $500.00, monthly, for twelve (12) months for Grand Prize winner's student loan. Only loans that are current and in good standing, and not in default, or in a deferment or forbearance status, may be paid by any of the Grand Prizes winnable under this Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) loan per person. PLEASE NOTE, individual prize shall be lesser of the winner's monthly student loan payment [of principal and interest] on the date the Message is sent to such winner up to $500.00 per month, or the winner's total outstanding student loan balance up to $6,000.00.
- TEN (10) GRAND PRIZES FOR AUTO LOAN CATEGORY: Each Grand Prize winner will receive a check for up to $500.00, monthly, for twelve (12) months for Grand Prize winner's auto loan. Only loans that are current and in good standing, and not in default, may be paid by any of the Grand Prizes winnable under this Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) loan per person. PLEASE NOTE, individual prize shall be lesser of the winner's monthly auto loan payment [of principal and interest] on the date the Message is sent to such winner up to $500.00 per month, or the winner's total outstanding auto loan balance up to $6,000.00.
