Limited Time Offer: You can sign up for month-to-month Amazon Prime through Sprint, cancel anytime, and it's free for 60 days.

If you're already an Amazon Prime customer, (not through Sprint's month-to-month Amazon Prime add-on) you can get 60 days credit back from Amazon.

The Q&A says existing month-to-month Prime customer not eligible, maybe you could try cancelling the existing add-on through Sprint?

Quote :
Yes, existing Amazon Prime customers are eligible for this offer. You will be credited for the 60 days, which will appear on your Amazon account in the form of an Amazon.com Gift Card. However, if you already have Amazon Prime from Sprint for $10.99 per month, you are not eligible for this offer.

Current Prime customer. Trying to get 2 month credit ($30 from post above) Was shuffled from Amazon customer service to contact Sprint. On the phone with Sprint for 45 minutes. If someone can replicate easily would like to know how! Sprint rep asking for me to cancel current Prime and sign up at $10.99/month through Sprint. Figuring 1 year Prime through Amazon is $99 there is no savings...

I ended up with an 89$ Amazon gift card because it cancelled my regular Prime and credited me for $30, plus the time I had remaining. How will it save money? Easy - I will cancel Sprint prime after the two free months and sign up at Amazon again...bounce

Signed up received text with link. Clicked link and was asked to confirm. I selected Ok. Checked my gift card balance and saw I was refunded unused balance approx. $51. So I assume my existing prime membership was canceled and now I should receive 2 free months @ 10.99. Didn't see the extra $30 though unless it was included in that amount I received. Either way will cancel once 2 free months are up as I don't need Prime anymore.

Based on what I'm seeing, this is NOT eligible for existing customers; it requires you to cancel your existing membership. Unless someone can provide clear steps on how to get a credit without canceling and impacting the ongoing billing cycles (and risking having Sprint bill for the subscription to prime) - the title and details of this deal should be updated.

Taken from the Sprint website....... BEFORE YOU DO THIS , READ MY UPDATE ON 7-6-16

"Any questions?

How do I sign up for Prime offered by Sprint?
Visit www.sprint.com/amazonprime, call 1 (800) SPRINT1 or go to your nearest Sprint store. After adding Prime to your Sprint account, you will get a text message from Sprint with an activation link, where you can complete the registration process. Once you have successfully activated your Prime membership, you can immediately start enjoying all the benefits of Prime. To enhance your Prime experience, you will also be prompted to download the Amazon apps which will allow you to get Prime content on your phone. You will not be billed for your first 60 days from Sprint.

Can current Amazon Prime customers take advantage of the 60 days of Amazon Prime from Sprint?
Yes, existing Amazon Prime customers are eligible for this offer. You will be credited for the 60 days, which will appear on your Amazon account in the form of an Amazon.com Gift Card. However, if you already have Amazon Prime from Sprint for $10.99 per month, you are not eligible for this offer.

Based on the other comments, I would just sign up online. Oh wait, I did. Comment from NSX4evr2006 explains what to do.
