Does this give you a prostate massage while sitting on it? Have revolutionary butt stank defusing material? Why would anyone spend $400 on a used chair?

Certified pre-owned with a 29-point inspection? That exists for chairs?

How is Madison Seating selling these chairs so cheap?! They're selling new(?) chairs, shipped free, with free return shipping if you don't like it... for comparable to craigslist used prices in many cases

From a Reddit thread:

Madison seating is really shady. They take used chairs and sell them.

Herman Miller is actually suing them. I guess it's for selling used chairs as 'new' so it kind of tarnishes the image of their overall product quality.

Do not buy from them, just look up any Aeron on Ebay or Craigslist, at least you can know the wear'n'tear/defects before it arrives, you should also be able to find it a little cheaper on your own as used.

Bought a "new" open boxed Hermin Miller from them, shit was made in 2001!!!!

I didnt find out until I had to take apart the covers to do some maintenance, and I saw a label for 03172001 >Embarrassment

The fabric was refurbished so it was like new, but the overall frame is quite old. We ended up filing a return claim with our credit card company since it was after the return policy
