Promotion begins on June 30, 2016 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 26, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Online: During the Promotion Period, visit www.HaagenDazs.us/aah or https://nestle.promo.eprize.com/haagendazsaah/ and complete and submit the registration form including a valid email address. Then, follow the links and instructions to submit the code request form and you will receive an email at the address used in your registration which will contain a code that you may use to enter the Promotion. This email is sent via automated email. Once you receive the code, follow the links to enter the code. Each code can only be entered one (1) time; you must repeat this process to request a new code each day you plan to enter the Promotion.
