During each Entry Period, an entrant may watch the broadcast of CONAN which
airs on TBS at 11 PM ET on each Entry Period start date listed in the chart above (each a "Broadcast").
During each Broadcast, a "Pop! Conan Code" (a "Code") will be announced. There will be one (1)
unique Code announced during each Broadcast of CONAN and there will be a different Code for each
Entry Period.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Conan Pop! Figure Sweepstakes
("Sweepstakes") starts on July 20, 2016 at 11:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 25, 2016 at
10:59:59 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period") and consists of four (4) entry periods (each an "Entry Period")
as outlined in the chart below:

doll will vary and will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) ("Prize"). The approximate
retail value ("ARV") of each Prize is $9.99.
