~$15 shipping charge + tax as well. Comes out to roughly $750 when all is said and done. 2 year warranty included, plus Costco return policy. I have also seen it in stores, so you could probably save on the shipping if you have one nearby. Runs until 7/31/2016/

only runs until 7/31/2016?

when I buy a new laptop, I expect it to run at least 2 to 3 years. Frown

Funny you posted this. I was doing research on this 2-in-1 to replace my wife's old vaio. Seems like a nice alternative to the SP4 which easily goes over 1k with i5, 8GB ram and 256GB SSD. I don't care as much about battery life, which this one sucks at.

How is this not more popular? Because it's Costco?.. I'd jump on this if it was available on Amazon or Best Buy at this price.

Been reading reviews and the only major downside compared to the the SP4 is battery life - a little less than 5 hours vs. over 6 hours on the SP4.

Back up to $799 now or I would have bought it.

I'm also not a fan of the big power brick on the Acer. If it had a small charger like the SP4 I would have been more interested, but crappy battery life + bulky charger kind of kills the portability aspect of the device for me.

So I wanted to update this post. You can't purchase it online any longer but if you go to Costco in store they are selling for 499.97-599.97 each. If you call Costco you can get the exact price and location quantities. ymmv

I heard you can charge it through the USB-C but I haven't verified it.
