This is decently cheaper than the usual $349 Amazon price. Cheaper than the Target $321 deal, too. In fact, according to deal tracker sites, this is the lowest price Amazon has ever had. EEK!
Ships free with Amazon Prime (3 days)

Seriously, though, you can get great results with bands/bows, but IMHO free weights are far superior because they're more linear and realistic. I've known lots of people over the years who were "Bowflex strong" but couldn't transfer the strength well to other things. YMMV, genetics, nutrition, etc.

This does work but most folks in this country that bought this, used it for weeks and let it collect dust for decades...

Exercise equipment in the home is only useful for people that normally go to the gym but are on a strict time schedule.

People who expect to transform their physique w/ an exercise equipment purchase need to attempt changing their nutrition and eating habits first.
This is a really good price.

I bought it when it was on the FP for $350.

Needed it to do certain knee exercises rehabbing from knee surgery.

It's been sitting in it's upright "space saving" position for a long time now as apparently I'm a lazy ass laugh out loud

Does these products actually work ? Wouldn't it be more beneficial to use weights ??

They work quite well and working out from home is IMO a better option than a gym as it takes less time. I've owned a Bowflex for probably 13 years now doing upper body and core exercises mostly the last few years. The leg attachments on my model were too bulky and rowing didn't work well as it didn't come with enough weights.

im recovering from chronic backpain (mainly due to tight muscles now, but initially caused by a trailer truck rear ending me in my suv). My doctors recommended me pulling exercises for back recovery, and this thing helps me a lot as I need short spontaneous 4-5 minutes exercises when my back muscles are acting up. I think $315 is a great price if you are actually going to use it.

I bought a PR3000 because I wanted the constant weight without changing cables for circuit training... It works fine for that, but I could go to the gym for that, then do other stuff on the PR1000

And I could fold the 1000

In a couple months this will be in a dark corner of the basement collecting dust.
