LUCKY "ULTIMATE GUNS 'N' ROSES EXPERIENCE" SWEEPSTAKES

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on June 29th, 2016 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on August 21st, 2016. Pacific Time shall control for all purposes of this Sweepstakes.

Open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, who are legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and who satisfy all other requirements contained herein.

Social Media Methods of Entry. Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes after visiting http://www.luckybrand.com/guns-n-...-3-chances and using the following Social Media ("Social Media") methods of entry:

Limit one (1) entry per person, per Social Media entry option during the Sweepstakes Period.

Text-to-Win Method of Entry. To enter the Sweepstakes, text GNR to 33233 during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions to complete your entry. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

In-Store Method of Entry. To enter the Sweepstakes, Entrant must fill out an entry form during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions to complete the entry form. Entrants must submit the entry form in store for an entry into the Sweepstakes.Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Online Website and Text-to-Win methods of entry are void in Canada and Puerto Rico.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Text-to-Win or Online Website entries on or about July 31st, 2016 by Sponsor.

ONE (1) PRIZE WINNER will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible In-Store entries, as outlined below, by Sponsor.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded 2 VIP tickets (including backstage passes and VIP seating) to the Dodgers Stadium Guns 'N' Roses concert in Los Angeles, CA, round-trip transportation to Los Angeles, CA, lodging in Los Angeles, five (5) Guns 'N' Roses x Lucky Brand t-shirts, and one thousand dollars (USD $1,000) in Lucky Brand product with a combined approximate retail value ("ARV") of three thousand two hundred dollars (USD $3,200).

One (1) Prize Winner will be awarded two (2) tickets to the Guns 'N' Roses concert in their applicable city, 5 vouchers redeemable for five (5) free pairs of Lucky Brand jeans, and five (5) Guns 'N' Roses x Lucky Brand t-shirts, with a combined approximate retail value ("ARV") of eight hundred dollars (USD $800).

Grand Prize Winner and guest must be able to attend the event at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, CA on date chosen and when the Artist will be performing or Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winner must be able to attend the event in the applicable venue on date chosen and when the Artist will be performing or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
