Dated RAM and CPU for $1200. What are you paying for, a Retina on a 13"? I'm not anti-Apple but they've been shameless lately. Hopefully next gen actually is a decent upgrade.

Yes but bit decay takes much much longer on Apple computers. Also, you don't have to deal with viruses.

I never had any virus issues starting with windows 7. Download free microsoft security essential .

Apple's gold was it's hardware, the trackpad, keyboard and the screen but other companies have caught up. They need to innovate or push the limit.

"retina" is nothing special. you have $200 chromebooks with "retina" display. Apple is losing it's touch, mac sales are down. Without steve jobs I feel like apple is just another microsoft now. Slowly getting destroyed by google. When google release chromeOS to public msft will be shitting bricks.

With the current 10% eBay bucks it's not bad. The good thing with MacBooks is they hold their value much better than PC.. I have seen some ridiculous reselling value on 2-3 years old MBPs
