Zinus currently has a sale going on for the 12 inch memory foam models. Additionally theres a 10% off back to school coupon that gets applied automatically to the cart.

These mattresses are the identical to the Sleep Sensations model from Walmart which went FP when the price of a queen was $229.

This deal is even sweeter since you get an additional 10% AND NO TAXES.

Prices after 10% discount

Full - $179
Queen - $206
King - $260

FREE SHIPPING

Also, you can get a Full size Signature Sleep Memoir 12 inch from Jet.com for $148 if you're a new jet customer with the 15% off coupon.

AFAIK these are the same with a different name and 1 year warranty instead of the 10 you get with Zinus

^^ good deal for students

Considering this. The Sleep Sensations was the most comfortable mattress i've used....except that within 9-12 months it was so worn out and sloped from use (i'm 190lbs). Wondering if it makes sense to buy this but plan to buy a new one every year...

Did you rotate it? I'm sure it had a warranty, does it cover things like that?

I'm not sure about the warranty of the walmart model but these ones come with 10 years warranty. Not sure if it covers premature sagging though...

i went through the reviews on Amazon. In the end, for me it came down to whether I wanted to drop an extra 400+ dollars for the popular ones; many of which have not been in the market long enough to determine their durability and reliability. I went for this since I figured the price is too low to bother me in the off chance it failed...plus I'm 165 lbs so I'm hoping it will be okay....

How easy are these to move? We need a bed for just a few months, then we have to move again. Can you actually re-fold / roll these to move them easily? Or once they decompress, is that pretty much it?

This, I rotate mine every 1-2 months. 6'+ and 220 lbs. I buy a new one every 2.5-3 years though. They're so cheap during the good sales, I rather have that fresh feeling as often as possible. In fact, the first one I bought is 4+ years old now, and it's downstairs in the spare doing just fine, just not as firm as it once was.

amazon reviews say that once unfolded it's just like any other mattress...neither too heavy nor too light...a couple of people have moved it without issues...it can't be folded back to original shipping condition.

I just bought a purple mattress, how does this compare? The price difference is insane (I paid 1k for queen purple). Is it worth the extra $800?

Zinus gets 80% owner satisfaction on sleeplikethedead:

http://www.sleeplikethedead.com/m...-foam.html

Purple isnt on there yet, but after reading countless reviews and youtube videos, people seem to love purple. Anyone have experience with typical, cheaper memory foam mattresses like this or sleep innovations and higher end mattresses like Casper, leesa, or purple?
