This is the lowest I have seen. I purchased them before at $6-7 and they work GREAT in terms of comfort and sound quality. The older model RP-HJE120 has 34,000+ excellent reviews on Amazon and this is the newer version RP-HJE125, which is usually priced around $8-9

I'd say these are the best of the cheap, from the well known brands. I've tried so many cheap ones, but I usually stick with sony, panasonic, etc. These aren't heavy anything, or great at anything. But they're not bad either. For the price, these are good if you're working out, or watching tv. But if you want to listen to good highs/lows/mids, this isn't going to cut it. I'd definitely recommend them for regular, non-hi audio use. For the price, these are above and beyond what you pay for, IMO.

And they didn't hurt my ears like several earbuds have. I think I usually paid $6.99 for mine. I tend to wear mine in bed while watching tv and fall asleep with them so they tend to get pulled and caught under my body and end up fraying. So that's why I've bought a few in the past.

Decent deal, but im sure ends up being the same as amazons normal everyday price after shipping. If shipping was free, this would be a good deal.

How would you describe the sound on these? Are they on par with more expensive earbuds?

Are they base heavy or more "realistic" as far as the base goes?

I am not an audiophile but I thought the sound quality is quite good for the price: a lot of Amazon reviewers say they are similar to beats and other higher priced headphones. But the main thing for me was the comfort. I hate the original earbuds from Apple cuz they keep slipping out. These fit so well that they stay snugged even if I shake my head during workout/running etc. It comes with 3 different sizes of silicone for different fits

I've purchased a few sets of these off Amazon and can highly suggest them. I don't find them at all tingy in the highs and has a decent about of "bass" on the lows. Haven't had a problem with these falling out, besides my own fault. if you don't 100% like them you'll have a backup pair at least, but these are my daily in-car headphones.

by far best cheap earbuds I have ever owned. My are probably 3-4 old and still going strong. Never buying another pair besides these
