screen size is too small for 4K, have to scale up to be able to read text. Go see for yourself at some Best buy stores that have the lenovo 32" 4K system. Ignore this comment if screen real estate is not a concern for you.

The one copy of this screen I tried had very bad white balance uniformity. Uniformity compensation did nothing. If not for this, it would have been a lovely screen.

At $800, it's a bargain for a 31.5" Adobe RGB 4K panel. If you don't need Adobe RGB, two $400 27" 27UD68 sRGB 4K screens are preferable.

Can anyone with this screen confirm the refresh rate of the panel? Specifically I'm looking for 2048x1080@120Hz.

The display is still pretty useful for me even without the 120Hz, though. DCI 4K displays are terribly hard to come by (without spending several thousands of dollars), and it would be great to have 10-bit as my company drives high res, high frame rate, uncompressed media on large displays, and folks are getting more interested in 10- and 12-bit with the new 10-bit displays going main stream. (part of the HDR spec)

I bought one LG-31MU97Z from Newegg and exchanged it twice some months back, but ultimately returned all three. They were all horrible. 3 had a bad magenta coloration at the right, and one splotchy uniformity along bottom bezel. Plus, the viewing angle was the worst I've seen since on IPS, with off-axis viewing demonstrating a pronounced color shift.

Even the 32" Dell 4K UP3216Q Ultrasharp had the problem, but to a markedly lesser extent. I returned that one too and stuck with my photo-editing-worthy Dell U3011.
