But still $600 is about the cheapest I've seen for a new freesync curved monitor with a high refresh rate. I checked with Amazon, they said they would NOT price match this. Only TVs.

Reviews look good. I picked one up to try with my Fury X card. This also might be a good match for the new 8gB RX480 card.

This is equivalent in 16x9 aspect at 1920x1080p as a 27" monitor. 1080p at 27" isn't that bad. I used a 32" 1080p HDTV as a monitor for a couple years and it worked great.

This is more of a gaming monitor anyway. 2560x1080 is easy to drive with a middle or upper tier modern gen graphics card - UNLIKE the 3440 x 1440p resolution alternative. If you want to take advantage of the high refresh rate - you can actually get a video card that will drive it to those levels at 2560x1080 without taking out a mortgage. Furthermore, while there are very limited reviews out on this - they are almost all universally 4 and 5 star.

Absolutely. Though you won't be able to use free sync. Since you have an Nvidia card your card uses gsync

Just jumped on this deal, I was initially looking at the x34 but could not justify paying $1200 this is much easier on the wallet. Pairing it with a gtx 1070 after gaming on a 144hz 24" panel I cant go back to 60hz so I dont mind the 2560 x 1080 res.

Mine had a lot of backlight bleed so I'm returning it. How was your backlight bleed?

Pics of my bad backlight bleed are about 10 posts down in this thread.
