@alxshanti not too sure ... but usda certified, stocked and sold by amazon - so i used my prime day $10 gc on this , fyi discover $10 credit also can be used on this purchase ( cannot combine the two though )

hey tri-color variety says it has a nutty taste unlike the regular variety which has neutral taste? I am wondering if they both taste similar (planning on making Pilaf) would you know?

I just did a little research on it since work is slow lol...

Red/black are crunchier and earthier tasting, while the white fluffs up more and "sticks" more

Everytime I get a new bag at Costco it's gone up in price from the time before, so I think the price is going up in general. I have no place to store this much bulk, but what a excellent price.
