Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on August 15, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 21, 2016.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Twitter: During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, will periodically post ads on Twitter inviting eligible entrants to enter the Sweepstakes (each a "Twitter Invitation Post"). Sponsor may also pin a Twitter Invitation Post to the top of Sponsor's Twitter page. An eligible entrant must follow the instructions on the Twitter Invitation Post to provide his/her full name and email address and submit an answer to Sponsor's survey question, after which the entrant will receive one (1) entry ("Twitter Entry") into the Sweepstakes. An entrant must follow @CapitalOne [twitter.com] and have a non-private Twitter account to enter the Sweepstakes and maintain such non-private account for at least thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends to be eligible to win/claim a prize for potential winner notification purposes.
Entry Limit: Limit two (2) total Entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period (limit of one [1] Facebook Entry and one [1] Twitter Entry).
Prizes (350): Prize is a an Amazon Echo device. Three hundred fifty (350) Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes. ARV of each Prize is $179.99.
Total ARV of all available Prizes in the Sweepstakes is $62,996.50. Limit of one (1) Prize per person/household.
