very bad product. I bought one in Jan, returned back in 2 months because it had many problems. I bought another one which has even more problem: the hard drive is bad. I called tech support, Dell sent an exchange computer, which even can't start up. I asked Dell to get refund, Dell refused, saying that I purchased from Staples. I contacted Tech support manager by email, he didn't respond me in 3 days. I filed a complaint to BBB.

It is the worst computer I have ever bought, Dell customer services is the worst right now.

Thanks for telling me, I was looking at this computer, it seems that all the computers from dell are bad right now making my decision to buy very tough! The newer XPS 8910 is also supposed to be worse with bad design for heat so I thought this one although older might have a better and more reliable case design. I ordered 2 computers from Dell online in the past 10 years and I haven't had problems with either except, well when the computers got old (4+ years) obviously they get old at a certain point and will need service just like everything else. It seems for some reason... the in-store purchases are worse... I see the most complaints form those who purchased in store. Perhaps there is something different when you customize your own on the website (which is what I have done with each of my 2 dells in the past). Perhaps there is bad handling of the computers at store level? But things can happen as well when computers are shipped to your door? Other than this I don't know.
