Summer event has ended on July 15th for Cooper tires but "Buy 2 - get 2" is still there + you can try to match the price + mail-in rebate. I'm going to give it a shot

Tried to do it. Two tires for my car cost 430$ + another two for free according to their website. Looks good on a paper... Tried to discuss the price with them - they are so sneaky, don't want to tell the truth. Spoke with three different stores around me:
1. "We don't have those tires but have another ones for $740"
2. "We don't have it" I pushed and provided all the details. "Ohhh, we actually have it. Total price is going to be 640". Then I called them one more time to discuss the details and setup an appointment. "Let me check if we have it, I'll call you back" And never did it
3. "We do have it. 866 total with installation and mandatory insurance..."
