Question... Anker vs aukey.. quality and customer service question.

Hi,

I think my question belongs in this section.

I have question about these 2 brands. Many of their products are similar.
I'd like to get some suggestions and feedback from SDers. Which one has better products? and CS ?

I am looking mainly for their battery packs for cell phone. I am interested to find out which one of them has better circuit design and safety features.

I don't know about battery packs, but Tronsmart make some very reliable chargers for USB devices.

Don't know about Aukey, but everything Anker that I own simply work. Notice the sheer amount of positive feedback for Anker [amazon.com] on Amazon.

I have had good luck with both brands personally. I have more Anker stuff because I am part of their poweruser program but the quickcharge charger I have for my car is Aukey and its great. I have not really need customer service on either brand but I have heard good things about Anker. Personally I would go with either, probably depends on the product.

I have 2 Anker batteries, both work well. I also have a few Aukey chargers, no complaints. Both brands are fairly reliable IMO.

I have both brand cables and anker brick chargers and aukey car charger. they all work great however the aukey micro usb cables seem to be a little less sturdy after time.

if I were to choose I'd go anker
