If gluten-free isn't important Dollar Tree (in my area anyway) has had 24 oz boxes of Barilla rotini and penne the last few weeks.

Gluten free is the whole essence of this deal... regular pasta isn't nearly as expensive. Pasta is cheap, for those with allergy this is tops!
