Not receiving mobile text or notification alerts

I am not receiving all my deal alerts through mobile (notifications or texts). I will be getting emails of deals that never showed on my phone. I have verified that my deal alerts are set to include mobile alerts. What am I missing?

I have iOS 9.3.1

Do I need to be signed-in to my account for the mobile notifications to work? I've noticed I get signed out after a few days (or week?).

Hi jkeeler - Yes you do need to be logged in. We are aware of an issue where a small percentage of our iOS users get logged out of the app - it is our top iOS bug we have been working on fixing for some time but have been unable - yet - to discover the root cause. Thanks for being patient and we are working actively on resolving that issue.

Please let me know if, when logged in, you also are not receiving notifications. We will investigate that as well.

I also am not getting any. I used to have two phones and only one would get the notifications. Now that I've uninstalled Slickdeals from my old phone, which I only use on WiFi btw, I don't know how to get my new device to get notifications. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling your app.

And oh, my current phone is an LG G4 running Android 6.0

UPDATE: I may have solved things by logging out of the app and then back in...

I have been having the issue of not receiving toast notifications if I haven't opened the app in a little while. I get the email alerts but no mobile toast notifications.

If I have the app open the notifications come through regularly for awhile but it always ends up stop working. I'm running IOS 9 and have had this issue for months

Hi - I'm going to suggest you log out of the app, then back in. We are still investigating this issue, impacting a small percentage of our users. The above seems to correct it. Also, check your push settings in the 'More' 'Settings' menu, make sure they are on. Let me know if you follow those two steps and continue to have issues. Thanks!
