Thread Details

I just called Sprint to ask when I can pre - order iPhone 7 Pro/Plus to find out if I change the phone there no way to re -active SERO Premium 500 like before. They took it off after July 7th, 2016. They said when I switch phone, any phone even back to temporary dinosaur flip phone if my iPhone 6 Plus now is not working, there's no way to activate any SERO plan to the different phone. So is only way to stay on SERO is using the same phone until it breaks. Well, might be it's time to switch to Ring Plus.

My Sprint speed is awesome and I'm using more than 1 TB data now. Yes, more than 1,000 GBs

What the ...?

My Sprint tower is literally 500 yards away and I get 20 - 25 MBs down. My friend is taking care of these Sprint towers and he said they have upgraded equipment in that tower. You're so lucky to have that speed.

That CS was BS'ing you. I just upgraded my phone to a Note7 two days ago with out any issue and still keep my SERO plan. You need to call Sprint Corporate customer care as they are the only team that can handle SERO account.

Old rumor and it is not true. I just order Note 7 last night. Still on Sero 500 and they said i don't need to change the plan. A lot of people on sprintusers forum activated the note 7 on sero 500 also. If you are currently paying $10 for 4G premium data you don't have to worry about this.

Can you post the corp. number? I just dial *2 like in the past to connect to them and they said they handle the corp. accounts.

In late June, my son's Moto X died. We temporarily reactived his previous phone on the account till the Moto X could be repaired. Went to reactivate the Moto X last week and after 2+ hours of the Sprint store trying to get it reactivated (including several calls to their Sprint support folks and escalation) they said there was no way to reactivate the phone. The appropriate plan codes just displayed a that it was incompatible with the phone. They also tried other non Motorola phones in their inventory but those could not be activated on Sero either. I left there and went home. After just 10 minutes on the phone with Verizon, I had him switched over to my Verizon account *and* his number ported on my old Moto X.

He didn't take advantage of the unlimited data much (just typically 2GB/mo, so the extra $30 difference ($20 line charge) adds another 8GB to our shared data so the "unlimited" won't be missed. Goodbye Sprint.

I know someone will have a doubt about it, so look at the screen shot. I'm pretty sure there are experts here can prove it's not photoshopped.
