The Promotion is being conducted by CBS Radio Inc. ("Sponsor") in conjunction with the following participating radio stations (each, a "Station") in ten U.S. markets (each, a "Market"):

Limit one (1) entry per eligible person per twenty-four (24) hour period during the Entry Period regardless if entrant has more than one email address.

PRIZE:
Up to one (1) prize will be awarded in the Promotion ("Prize").
Winner will receive a four (4) night trip for Winner and up to three (3) guests ("Guests") to Orlando, Florida.
The Prize will include the following for Winner and Guests:
(i) round trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near Winner's home (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) to an Orlando, FL area airport;
(ii) four (4) nights standard hotel accommodation (one (1) room, quadruple occupancy, room and lodging tax only) at an Orlando, FL area hotel (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion);
(iii) four (4) three-day (3) theme park tickets (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion);
(iv) rental car during the Winner's stay in Orlando, FL; (v) parking for one (1) vehicle at the selected theme park (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion);
and
(vi) a one thousand dollar ($1,000) American Express gift card.
The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize is $5,799.
