if i am not mistaken, I just saw this for $299 at my local Walmart. I probably would have bit, if it was a few bucks cheaper.

I've never price matched at Walmart. Is there a certain way to do it? I know some stores will give you a lame excuse on why they "can't" do stuff. I'm really interested in this TV. TIA

I think you have to do ship-to-store, arrive at the store, then tell them you'd like to return and re-buy it at the store's listed price. I've never done this before, but if someone else can verify that this works then I may pull the trigger on this one too Smilie

Picked one up tonight just outside of Columbus, OH for $299. Brickseek showed "1 or less", so I had the person in electronics check the upc for me. He came out with it a few minutes later, to the surprise of his coworkers.
