My subscription ends in a few weeks, would I be considered new given that the old one will expire probably before this one starts ?

Same question as above, mine is expiring soon so what will happen if I order this? Will it get cancelled? Will it be worth doing it under my wife's name instead? Thank you! Smilie

Thanks OP. In for 4 years for $18.

My last one expired a few months ago so I'm once again a new sub.

I honestly almost never read the paper mag (and for some odd reason, if my wife picks up the mail that day, the Body Issue is never even delivered...) This is just worth it to me for the Insider articles (though I have to admit, I haven't missed them THAT much over the last few months.) But $4.50/yr is worth it to me. $2.50/mo (for 2 years) isn't all that bad for Insider, but not worth what I get out of it.

It takes a few weeks for this to become active. To put it in perspective, I subbed again in mid-June, got first Magazine in August, ESPN still did not have record of sub until mid to end of July I think.

dont use your regular CC for insider as they will autorenew at high rate. use a card you plan to eventually cancel or make a note in your calendar that will not be forgotten

Wouldn't PayPal have the same effect? I'm fairly certain they can't come back and bill PayPal a couple of years later...

But that is an excellent point nonetheless.

You need to turn off auto renewal/subscription in PP.

I always call to be sure. I actually missed it by a day and they charged me the $26 but they reversed straight away. Pretty easy.

I just had to do it a few weeks ago. Must call. It took about 40-45 minutes on hold to actually get a person. Once you get somebody on, it is pretty easy. Otherwise, it takes a long time to wait to get a rep.

Thx, that's why I hated adding on Insider, having to wait for the rep on the call. Definitely a great value, even just for the mag honestly. My 3yr just ran out.

mine expires next week and I'm thinking to just let it go, it's nice to have but... eh.
If I decided to get this deal to resub, can I keep my login and preferences and what not?
