Two years ago I was unable to activate my Apple store purchased iPhone 6 to my SERO-P account. The Apple Genius got on the line with Sprint and discussed for several minutes before being told it couldn't be done.

I ended up having to re-order, through Sprint employee accounts or tele-sales (can't remember which). When the phone arrived I called them to activate.

Ordered my iPhone 7, 128GB this evening though sprint. You can't go in store, nor through apple and able to keep SERO. . First employee care rep almost convinced me to switch plans. Second one ordered my phone seamlessly, keeping my SERO 500 plan.

My Sero plan is coming up to its 2 year anniversary so I'd like to go through Target and hope that there will be another Samsung phone deal. I hope I can still do SERO at Target.

Have you found any Sprint Sero upgrade deals, miamijoe?

Nothing other than purchase with 2 yr subsidy still seems available on Sprint.com. The Galaxy S7 is $200 online with a 2 year renew/upgrade per my login at sprint.com. The LG G5 is $150. I've read that the S8 would be out in March, so I might hold off until then. Will continue the good search though.

Thanks, miamijoe. Been out looking and haven't found any deals. May also wait until March.

Can't decide on the Moto G4 Plus that is $230 all around vs the $199 Samsung Galaxy S7 from online Sprint with the 2 yr SERO re-up contract. Seems extra screen real estate on Moto vs better 'engine' inside the S7.

I don't have either of your options on my Sero plan.
