Similar to the previous bundle deal posted the other day which is out of stock, however they raised the price a little bit and removed NBA2k16 ($19.99 msrp)
Still the cheapest deal on the console currently however. If you add a different 4k UltraHD movie - The Martian, DeadPool or Xmen it will add $1.89 to your total.

- I believe you can choose to return the movie and controller with your receipt at customer service and get the console for $218.04
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

I think its a bit of a stretch to call it a dead format. The UHD players barely just hit the market. I think Sony not adopting the optical drive in the new PS4 has nothing to do with the formats expected market share, and instead is just Sony being arrogant and cutting corners since theyre far in the lead. The overall reception of the PS4 Pro has been disappointment. They say streaming 4k is the future which Im not buying. Regular 1080p Bluray discs have better picture quality than Netflix 4k, and there are still a huge amount of people that dont have the bandwidth to even stream it, and then theres worrying about data caps.

I agree 100%. Without a 4K blu ray drive, the PS4 Pro isn't really justifying it's existence at this time. Plus for a lot of us with 4K TVs that are not HDR (or otherwise), it doesn't make sense to get the Pro.

I'm interested in getting this Xbox One S to save room and energy, I prefer the color white, the new controller is worlds better, and once I return the movie and controller I will be upgrading my Xbox for about $60 realistically (after selling my current Xbox One to a local pawn shop).
I chose store pickup which should be ready next week to get. On my receipt it says
Console 218.04, The Martian 4k movie 25.96, controller 64.00. Sounds like it shouldnt be an issue to do a return.

4K UHD Bluray is a dead format. Book it. Unless licensing terms change with HEVC patent holders, this is a dead format (see PS4 Pro not adopting a 4K UHD optical reader).

Look into hevc patents, every manufacturer of 4K optical drives has to pay a license fee. In the case of the PS4, we're looking at the cap limit of 65 million just for license fees. Samsung and Philips are part of the hevc patent holders, hence their respective players on the market. But don't you think the market is oddly thin? All HEVC patent holders are still unknown, so anyone who gambles and produces a player may still wind up paying more.
