The lowest price I have ever seen on this Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8E ED VR. Nikon provides 90 days warranty on this. The Nikon still charges $2,159.96 http://www.nikonusa.com/en/nikon-...ished.html.

Authorized dealer so purchase with confidence and 45 days free return.

Might be able to get the same deal in Walmart when it is back to stock.

is this the one that had problems discussed on DPReview forums?
Or the one that Nikon updated to correct the problem?

Thanks!

Incredible deal! Thanks OP! Been waiting for a deal! Just picked one up!! Says there are 2 left now after I made purchase

I was contemplating getting this refurb lens directly from Nikon website the last time they had 10% off, but that still put it at $1950 I think. This saved me almost $600 on the refurb and no CA tax.

You are comparing the non-VR vs VR.

You cited one 'site.
And this was his intro:
"So what's not to like about the successor to one of Nikon's best-selling full-frame DSLR lenses?

Well, more than I expected."

I think I'll hang on to my 24-70L II for a bit longer before finding a replacement to put on my Nikon.
