Amazon's customer service is horrible. I got a promotional email for laptops and the promotional item was $532 and the list price $550. But on the web site it shows the list price so i contacted CS and they said they never sent the email and havent sent me any emails since June which is a lie because I've been getting them forever. They wouldn't even let me forward the email to them to prove it. They didnt want anything to do with it. And she just left the conversation. Now I'm wondering if I want to ever do business with them again if they treat their customers like that. I really want that laptop but I dont want to buy it from them. I guess I'll have to hope someone who sells it will price match it. Anyone else have similar experiences? I would advise to stay away from them but I'm sure everyone wouldn't take that advice. lol. end of rant.
