Looks like the cheap wobbly stuff. After a few jumps everything gets wobbly. The plastic that the bolts screw into get really loose

I bought a cat tree online a while back....biggest mistake ever....looked nice in the picture but the quality is just not there....did not even last over a year with two kitties abuse....

I would rather go to Costco and get theirs.....very big and very sturdy.....if it eventually breaks....I also know that I'm covered with their lenient return policy

I bought the beige one from Amazon almost 2 years ago. It's still fine. My cats love it

I will stick with ARAMACAT (sp?) for my next tree, bought a cheap one... It okay, but cat doesn't use much because it is wobbly.

Not sure about this one, but it a roll of the dice on these cheaper trees.

I second this. I've had the Costco cat tree for a while now with two grown cats. Doesn't wobble anymore than the day we first bought it.

Personal experience: huge difference between a branded, American manufacturer, sold on Amazon, and an eBay lookalike from China. We have one from Costco, one from Amazon (Amerikat), and we got one from eBay like this. The eBay one went out with the trash about eight months after we got it. The Amazon one is holding up, with a few replacement bits, three years in. The Costco one is six years old and still solid.

Just get them a box. They'll love that more.

this thing is Faux Fur... stay away. carpet is the way to go, this stuff is horrible. a tree this size is 60$ regular and 45$ on sale for a reason.

spend the money on a nice tree, it'll last for years and years. i've had cheapy ones in the past, they break easily... the current 2 quality trees i have had for almost a decade, 4 cats (the dogs have recently taken to them as well) of varying ages at all times on them and they're still holding strong.

If you have a few spare hours it's easy to make one yourself. It will be much sturdier and cheaper.

I second the armarkat brand. very sturdy, and attractive. holds up well, got my deal at chew.com
