For $20 more in Acer... you are getting SSD, latest GPU

GPU comparison:

As per my past experience with Acer's build quality (and the reviews confirming that) - for that extra $20, I would rather go with HP any day.

I've searched around and it's around 700+ in other websites. Am being tempted as well but still searching around for a budget gaming. The Acer posted by rawee_dealfreak is a good price point but Acer still scares me when my last Acer lappy's hinges broke and tore part of the bottom of screen panel on normal use just after a year.

Typical Amazon nowadays. Two weeks ago, I ordered a Yoga Thinkpad for $839. The next day, it shipped but price suddenly came down to $739. I called their CS and they said they'll instruct UPS to ship back the item and I have to re-order if I wanted that price so I agreed.

After putting down the phone, I added it to cart, on check-out, price went up $859. I opened up another a different browser to confirm, it was still showing $739, but on check-out it goes up to $859. Called up their CS again and they said they were checking, was put on hold for about 10 minutes. Then the CS came back and saying it is really $859. When I refreshed it did reflect this time then CS states it never was indicated $739 and there was no problem with their system and it could just be on my end.

After a couple of days, heard from CNET that there had been similar reports going on so it's not just me.
