I have an 07 Chevy Impala SS with a 5.3L V8 and it can jump that fine. I know because I had an issue last winter with my Energizer battery where it needed to be replaced in the winter.

The issue I have is none of these advertise above a 5L engine. Our Yukon has a 5.3L engine, which is why I've been hesitant to grab any of these.

Ah, thanks TDMVP. Interesting, good to know. How many attempts did it take? Or was it able to jump it in one go?

This battery jumper is awesome. So far i've jumped a 5.2L V8, my 3.6l Wrangler and few others. Even ran a MV50 air compressor off it for about 15 mins and still had 3/4 battery left.

Great price too, Only time i've seen it this cheap was on Amazon Day

Used it to jump a 2.0 turbo and it worked flawlessly.

It cranked over on the first go. This is a pretty good model. There is one sold by Antec that has is called the Motive EPS16500 [amazon.com] that is probably my favorite one, it has a higher 600 peak CCA. It also has an air compressor attachment, etc. Only problem is that it rarely goes on sale. It looks identical to the Bolt Power G06 though... so maybe there will be a sale on that eventually.

Neat! I'll keep that in mind. Well... I figure they'll probably go on sale and/or improve them next year, I'll get this one for now. Thanks!

As the OP said with his experience, I think you'll be able to get the Yukon to crank with this guy. I cranked over a dead Chevy 350 v8 twice with one and it did it with ease.

Will this charge my phone faster than wall charger?

Depends what your wall charger puts out. Not all wall chargers are created equal.

These never hurt to have handy. Heck, it's almost Christmas time. It would make a good gift for someone as well.
