I thought these were for painting. LOL.
These things are amazing for relieving soreness in back and legs from lifting or whatever. Worth every penny. I prefer this over the normal foam roller because it's more firm and gets deeper into the muscles. If you workout regularly and/or have muscle soreness this helps a lot with recovery.

Dromedary say this is the best price ever for the smaller one. Previous record was $25.99 on Jan 03, 2013.

I paid $38.39 for mine and it was worth it even at that price, IMO. Good deal for a product I've been real happy with.

+1 as this is the lowest price I've seen on Amazon. I bought mine in 2015 from Amazon Warehouse for $28.80. This roller does an awesome job getting rid of all the soreness in my back and legs.

Long rollers (around 36 inches) work well for your back because they can run the entire length of your spine; shorter lengths (around 24 inches) work well to target smaller areas like arms and legs; the shortest lengths (around 12 inches) work well for portability (travel) and in workout areas with limited floor space.

Their larger roller [amazon.com] is also on sale today (total is $41.24, down from $64.95). TriggerPoint's foam rollers are consistently highly rated and are supposedly very durable.

Which one is more versatile? Can't decide between the 13 and the 26.
13 seems good for the legs and smaller isolated muscles, while the 26 is good for the back, but so much for the former,

How is this different/better/worse than a standard foam roller? The one I have absolutely works. Can't see why a hollow one with rigid shell is really better. My only guess is it lasts longer because of that shell, but I've had mine for probably 7 years.
