The 460 does well vs similar priced cards from AMD or Nvidia, but overall it's strength is DX12 where it gains quite a few FPS. Also has HDMI 2, which is a nice perk for 1440p displays.

1 x DL DVI-D 1 x HDMI 1 x DisplayPort

Opinion:
I would chose this over a 750ti.
I would likely chose this over a 950 after much internal angst (newer card, newer standards, dx12)
I would chose this over a 270, because this card doesn't require an additional plug.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Wait, a RX 460 priced reasonably? What is this sorcery! Nice find OP. FYI, code works on all RX 460s at the egg, so naturally most of them are OOS.

Ack, I could've sworn shipping was free last night but I wanted to sleep on it. Oh well. I shouldn't be spending the money anyway. I'll wait for the 1050 announcement that will hopefully drive prices lower.

Yeah, I wasn't able to find any real information on if the extra 2GB was even worth it. At this performance level - likely not.

It is still worth it if you're running higher resolutions or dual monitors. If you're watching a video on one monitor and playing games on a second it's quite useful.

Will the 4 GB card run off the PCI-E? Or does it require more juice?

Yes, No!
The amount of memory on card does not affect (visible) the amount of required power.
Even if you find a RX 460 with 8GB, it will still run wo/ additional power plug.

Yes I believe on high settings. Tech City just released a video review on YouTube a couple hours ago reviewing the RX460 with Overwatch benchmarks

I kinda regret spending $165 on a 470. Its a far better value, but I dont care about max settings at all.
