There aren't that many on Ebay but the cheapest ones with an 18650 battery are like $15. They are more powerful headlamps on Ebay for the same money but they are bulkier, have less features and don't come with as many accessories. The fact that the battery pack is a little bulky, about the same size as the 2x18650 in other headlamps, is a little dissapointing.

For under $8, I bought one wth. I don't have any other motion sensor headlamps/flashlights anyway. Thanks

FWP, my head is so big that the ones that have the battery pack on the back often hurt to wear and dig into the back of my head. I much prefer the front intergrated battery.

If you front-integrate a 18650 battery, you'd need quite a bit of tension to keep it from slipping down towards your nose.

This looks to be the same as the Oxyled MH20, except that it allows for an 18650 cell as well.

Loads of paid-for reviews... nevertheless probably good deal considering it includes the battery.

Got two, have plenty of 18650 that last forever, thank you Op, repped!
Many good reviews for the Oxyled MH20 that is not even 18650 compatible like the OP one.

FWIW, I purchased a few of these last time they were on sale. I loved my other different model headlamp and decided to get a few of these and give one to my father as an Xmas gift and keep one at my Office and another in the Car. I have to say these are the worse Headlamps i have used yet. These are the reasons why i dislike this product, the motion detection is a really stupid feature and doesn't work well at all, the light isn't that bright, the beam focusing is very poor, and buttons are also terrible and flaky. Do yourself a favor and skip this for a better headlamp. For $0.09 more you can get this: https://www.amazon.com/Headlamp-H...adlamp+LED

Its a best seller on Amazon, 4/5 stars with 3613 reviews. i personally have it and like it a lot.

Also has a A on Fakespot
http://fakespot.com/product/light...s-included

Edit:
So after looking at the reviews closer, they are almost all incentivized reviews. All but 1 has the disclaimer that they received the product for free or at discounted rate(free) for their "unbiased" review. Running it thru the website ReviewMeta.com shows that all but one 3 star review are paid for reviews. -doesnt use 18650 battery
-has 5mm led's instead of a high output led

I have the one from this deal. Yeah the reviews are all fake, but I can say that it's a decent headlamp for the money. Incredibly bright. Motion sensing is a gimmick to me, so I don't use it. I would definitely buy it over the other one you linked to though.

Tread lightly, this product may contain a major number of inauthentic or low quality reviews!
Analysis overview
Our engine has analyzed and discovered that there are 70.0% low quality reviews detected.
The most used word by reviewers is light.
Our engine has detected product exchange for reviews. We believe these reviews are harmful for real consumers because of the inherent bias and our grade reflects that.
Reviews summary
It's awesome to have a hands free flashlight
It has 3 light settings – bright, less bright and flash
It's perfect for cross stitching and hand stitching or any other task you need bright light and both hands to work on
I know there are probably good reasons people want it to only light up for big motions but for up close tasks i find the motion sensor to turn off the light to fast

bought one of these like 6 months ago, it works very well for the price and the motion sensing on/off works great...only complaint is it takes AAA batteries which don't last very long. Would be much better with AA.

EDIT - mine is a little different...doesn't accept the 18650 like this one, only AAA.

i have this one https://www.amazon.com/MH20-Flash...Head+Light

Never but a light with multiple LEDs like you linked...those are awful for light output. Also, i really love the motion activation of the light in this deal, it worked great when my hands were covered in grease from working on my car.
