1. ELIGIBILITY: The Mohawk Flooring's #MohawkAnniversarySale Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. This Mohawk Flooring #MohawkAnniversarySale Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of Mohawk ("Sponsor"), and its parents, subsidiaries, distributors, dealerships and affiliated companies and their respective advertising and #MohawkAnniversarySale Sweepstakes agencies, suppliers, and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members (whether or not related) are ineligible. By participating you agree to these Official Rules.

2. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter for a chance to win beginning at 9:30:01 a.m. ET September 26 2016 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET October 17, 2016 ("Sweepstakes Period") by going to the ##MohawkAnniversarySale Sweepstakes page via www.mohawkflooring.com/sweepstakes and follow the registration instructions. You can also access the #MohawkAnniversarySale Sweepstakes page via the Viralsweep app on Mohawk Flooring's Facebook page, located at http://www.facebook.com/mohawkflooring, and follow the registration instructions. Click on the icon, banner, text link or tab to access the #MohawkAnniversarySale Sweepstakes registration page, and then follow the directions to enter. You may enter once, per 24-hour period, during the Sweepstakes Period. In order to be eligible to receive bonus entries into the sweepstakes, you must first submit your first name, last name and email address. You will then have the opportunity to earn bonus entries by following Mohawk Flooring on our other social media platforms, including Pinterest, Twitter, and Google+. You can only receive bonus entries once per additional social media platform you follow.
Entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor's computer (the official #MohawkAnniversarySale Sweepstakes time keeping device) by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 17, 2016. Sponsor's clock shall be the official clock of the #MohawkAnniversarySale Sweepstakes. When registering, you will be required to completely and accurately enter your name and valid email address and select your favorite pet photo. Any error or omission in the information on the entry form will void the entry.

3. PRIZE DETAILS/ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Second Prize winner will be awarded $500.00 in the form of a check. One (1) First Prize winner will be awarded $1000.00 in the form of a check. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded $1500.00 in the form of a check. The total value of the #MohawkAnniversarySale Sweepstakes Prizes is approximately $3,000.00 US. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the #MohawkAnniversarySale Sweepstakes Period. Only three (3) prizes will be awarded for this #MohawkAnniversarySale Sweepstakes.
