1) Eligibility:
The 2016 NFL PLAY 60 Super Bowl Contest (hereafter the "Contest") is open to legal permanent residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older that is a parent/legal guardian of a child(ren) six (6) through twelve (12) years of age as of the date of entry (hereafter, "Eligible Child"). Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives (and the respective children or legal wards of each) of the NFL Properties LLC (hereafter, "Sponsor"), National Football League, the NFL Entities (defined as National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees), The Dannon Company, teamDigital Promotions, Inc. and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, "Released Parties"), and any such individual's immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.
2) Contest Submission Period:
Contest submission period begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on 9/22/16 and ends at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) ET on 10/19/16 (hereafter, "Contest Submission Period").
3) Voting Period:
The voting period begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on 11/30/16 and ends at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) ET on 12/13/16 (hereafter, "Voting Period").
4. How To Enter the Contest:
To participate, visit NFLRUSH.com/superkid (hereafter, "Site") using your personal computer or mobile device during the Contest Submission Period and complete and submit the registration form inclusive of a sixty (60) second video of only your Eligible Child showing and telling how he/she stays active, makes healthy choices and lives the PLAY 60 lifestyle (hereafter, the "Theme"). Video and registration form shall be collectively referred to hereafter as the "Entry". Limit one (1) Entry per parent email address and Eligible Child name for the duration of the Contest Submission Period. In case of multiple Entries from any one parent email address and Eligible Child name, only the first Entry received will be accepted. All Entries must meet the Contest Entry Requirements set forth below.
Contest Entry Requirements:
Video must (i) be original, on which no image editing software has been used; (ii) be complete; (iii) be filmed and/or created by you; (iv) be in English; and (v) only include the Eligible Child (no other individuals and no personally identifiable information of Eligible Child may be included in the video). Video must be no more than sixty (60) seconds in length, in AVI, MOV MP4, MPEG, WMV or FLV video file format not exceeding 50 MB in size. To be eligible, any Entry (and individual components therein) cannot have been previously published or submitted in any competition or have won any awards. In addition, to be eligible, Entry must not include any third party packaging, logos or any other third party intellectual property or general property other than NFL Team names, logos or slogans (hereafter, "Permitted Marks"), unless requisite permission is obtained. Entrant shall not be permitted, by these Official Rules or otherwise, to use any names of NFL players, NFL stadiums or employees or officers of the NFL or any NFL team. Entry cannot violate any federal, state or local laws or ordinances, defame or invade publicity and/or intellectual property rights or the privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any copyrighted, trademarked, or patented works or person's personal or proprietary rights, other than as outlined above. Entry may also not contain, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, any content that is sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory, profane or pornographic, contains nudity; promotes alcohol, contains alcoholic beverages in the Entry, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message; is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group; defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies; contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, other than as outlined above; contains any personal identification (other than as provided in the registration form); contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without requisite permission; contains look-alikes of celebrities or other public or private figures, living or dead; communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which Sponsor wishes to associate; and/or violates any law. Entries deemed by the judges, in their sole discretion, to be immoral, obscene, profane or not in keeping with Sponsor's image or in violation of these Official Rules will be void. In the event of non-compliance with any requirements specified herein or with any of the terms of these Official Rules, Entry will be void.
Prizes:
Eight (8) Semi-Finalist Prizes: Each Semi-Finalist will receive a PLAY 60 prize pack consisting of the following PLAY 60 items: cinch bag, water bottle, foam football and a $100 NFLShop.com gift card. Exact items, colors and sizes are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Certain terms and conditions may apply at the discretion of the issuer. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Semi-Finalist prize pack = $125.
Three (3) Finalist Prizes: Each Finalist will receive two (2) tickets to a 2017 NFL regular season home game taking place near winners' residences. Entrant of winning Finalist Entry must attend 2017 regular season game with the entries' Eligible Subject. In the event an NFL team is not within one hundred fifty (150) miles, as determined by Sponsor, from winner's residence, ticket portion of the prize may be awarded (at Sponsor's sole discretion) in the form of a $250 NFLShop.com Gift Card. Terms and conditions on NFLShop.com Gift Card may apply. Travel to/from game is not included as part of the prize. Exact 2017 NFL regular season game tickets at Sponsor's discretion. In the event tickets to a 2017 NFL regular season game are not available or selected game is postponed and not rescheduled or otherwise cancelled, no compensation or substitution for such portion of the prize will be provided; however, the remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. ARV of each Finalist prize package = $250.
One (1) Grand Prize: A seven (7) day/six (6) night trip for four (4) (winning entrant, his/her Eligible Child and up to two (2) additional Guests) to attend Super Bowl LI scheduled to take place on 2/5/17 in Houston, TX. Trip consists of a) round trip coach class air transportation for four (4) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence to destination city; b) standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, quadruple occupancy) for six (6) nights; c) a mid-size rental car for seven (7) days; d) attendance for four (4) at Super Bowl 51 Game Day Fan Plaza; e) four (4) NFL Experience tickets; f) four (4) tickets to Super Bowl LI; g) NFL car service to and from the game; and h) a total of $1,000 spending money awarded (to winning entrant only) in the form of a check. Additionally, the Eligible Subject will have the special experience to be on the field for the Super Bowl pre-game and will hand the official game ball to a member of the officiating staff prior the start of Super Bowl LI. ARV of Grand Prize package = $23,990. Actual prize value may vary based upon location of winner's residence. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. If winner resides within a one hundred fifty (150) mile radius of a destination city, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation at Sponsor's sole discretion, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarded to a runner-up. Travel and accommodation restrictions and other restrictions may apply. Winner and his/her guest(s) must travel together on same itinerary for both trips and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. All travel arrangements must be made through travel agent of Sponsor's selection on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Released Parties are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. In the event Super Bowl LI is postponed and rescheduled, the trip will be rescheduled. In the event any related event is postponed and not rescheduled, no compensation or substitution for such portion of the prize will be provided; however, the remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner.
