Hey Everyone,
If you load at least $10 onto an Amazon Anytime giftcard you get a $2 promotional credit applied to your account.

https://www.amazon.com/b/ref=amb_...B01K8RPKKE

I'm not sure if an Amazon Anytime gift card is any different than a regular Amazon giftcard... They link to a page where you buy a three pack of Amazon gift cards with greeting cards but that doesn't seem right.

Terms & Conditions
This is a limited-time offer. Offer expires at 11:59 p.m. (PT) December 31, 2016.
The offer only applies to select Amazon.com Gift Cards sold and delivered by ACI Gift Cards, Inc.
Amazon.com Gift Cards (GCs) do not expire and are subject to Gift Card Terms and Conditions at www.amazon.com/gc-legal.
Amazon.com Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
Taxes, shipping and handling, and gift wrap charges do not apply when determining minimum purchase amount.
Minimum purchase amount must be for at least $10 loaded to the GC.
For qualifying purchases, a $2 promotional credit will be automatically applied to the Amazon customer account used to purchase the GCs after the qualifying order is completed.
You will receive an e-mail from Amazon that indicates the dollar amount of the promotional credit and that the credit has been added to your customer account. The e-mail will also provide instructions on how to redeem the promotional credit.
Promotional credit expires at 11:59 p.m. (PT) March 31, 2017.
Promotional credit applies only to eligible products sold by Amazon.com, Inc. and its affiliates and does not apply to products sold by third-party merchants through the Amazon.com site.
Savings from the promotional credit will be reflected on the final checkout page on qualifying orders.
Amazon reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.
If products or content purchased with the promotional credit are returned (subject to applicable refund policies), the amount of the promotional credit used to purchase such items will be subtracted from your return credit.
If you violate any of these terms, the offer will be invalid.
The offer is void where prohibited.
Promotional credits (including those placed directly in accounts) may not be redeemed for Amazon.com Gift Cards.
Additional restrictions apply, see www.amazon.com/promos for details.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

I think I'm gonna order a regular gift card from Amazon (maybe I'll try an electronic one) and see if it works.

There is a banner that says "Introducing Anytime Gift Cards" on the gift card page:

The anytime gift cards are these :

Don't

They are basically selling blank gift cards, which you buy 3/$5.99 and then pay again to load the desired amount on each card. The $2 credit makes this basically break even, not a MM, or a good deal IMO. ($5.99-$2 Credit x 3)

Worthless Idea.

Looks like you have to buy the "empty" GC for $5.99 and then load it.

Not a good deal, especially when you can send and email the regular GC's instantly.

I'm chatting with amazon right now. But also, you're missing the big picture. Even if you do have to spend $2 per card to start it says everytime you load $10 on the card you get a $2 credit so after that you'd be making $2 free dollars. Would be better if the regular cards would work though

So it costs $6 to buy a set of three; you get $2 each time you 'activate' a card with at least $10, so in essence this is really just making the initial purchase of the cards free.

I think the part you're missing is this:

A $2 promotional credit will be applied to your account after your qualifying gift card activation order is completed.

You only get $2 each time a new card is activated with at least $10, not every time you add $10.

Some people prefer to send/give a physical gift card as a gift. This deal comes with a greeting card (greeting cards?) so that's kinda nice.

From I understand, you'll get $2 promo credits every time you load $10 to the Any Time GC.

This appears to be correct. The first sentence on the terms and conditions page does have misleading wording, but the second sentence clarifies that you only receive the $2 credit when you activate the card by putting at least $10 on the card.

You break even when you get these Anytime GC and load them for the first time, then you will get $2 credits every time you load more than $10 after that. So, you'll get more credits each time you load the GC. It sounds like a great deal.

"For a limited time, get $2 in Amazon.com promotional credit each time you load at least $10 to an Amazon Anytime Gift Card. This offer is valid until December 31, 2016, and while supplies last.

A $2 promotional credit will be applied to your account after your qualifying gift card activation order is completed. Credit is valid on items sold and shipped by Amazon.com and expires on March 31, 2017."

EDIT:
AWWWWWWE. I now see there are some confusions in the term. I think i am going to buy them anyway since I'll get free gift cards and I need to buy things from Amazon anyway.I may or may not get the $2 credit when I load the GC second time.

Well amazon sent me a $10 promo credit for Horizon 3 (for whatever reason) so I just ordered these. Will have them on Sunday. Literally have nothing to lose (even if I had to pay for the cards). In fact if you do get the credit for every reload of $10 or more (which I think you do) and you had the discover card where you get 5% back or whatever you do, this would be good for when people just buy amazon gift cards to get the max cashback.

Didn't miss anything, I just read the fine print. I don't know think you did, so i'll copy and paste it for you

"Get a $2 credit when you load at least $10 to an Anytime Gift Card"

That is just the header. The following is what you probably overlooked.

Credit is valid on items sold and shipped by Amazon.com and expires on March 31, 2017. See complete promotion terms and conditions below."

The $2 credit will only apply on the initial activation load of each Anytime Card, and you get 3. Therefore, $2 x 3 = 6.

So after speaking with the chat people they said that this would work for every reload but she said that these gift cards cannot be reloaded.

Still a free card and envelope I guess. Oh well.

Most convoluted product page I've ever seen.

No I didn't overlook anything, that has nothing to do with it. It's not about the activation, it's that these can only be loaded once.
