I'm not sure I have ever seen this at this price.

I just bought the SS 660 XP last week for $5 less. Even that is more power than I need but this is a great price for anyone with power hungry graphics cards or considering SLI a pair of GTX 1080s

I think I mentioned this in the 660xp2 thread , but ....

Ive been "real" happy with my Seasonic . I have the 760xp2 in my x99/5930k@4.4/1080 system (aka:780 used before 1080) for the last year and its been flawless while running dead silent and super cool .

Great price for this unit and highly recommend .

The only things thats abit wierd is the rebate is only good for one day , usually its atleast 3-5 days up to month

Rebate is good today 10/1 and tomorrow 10/2 so yeah kindof wierd.

I also had to login to apply the code to see the extra discount.

And, +1 on the reliability.

they are the most reliable power supply maker bar none. They make EVGA's units for them.

Great deal for a great power supply. Don't own one myself, but was shopping a few months ago and this was high on the list. Ended up finding a steal of a deal for a 6 month old AX1500i, so I couldn't pass that up.

coil whine and UPS incompatibility are the usual gripes - no personal experience there

think you mean XFX, Seasonic makes the GS line for EVGA but the B2/G2/P2 is SuperFlower

I've been using this PSU for a few years now.. I often get coil whine.. it's annoying, but the PSU has never given me any problems.

For me personally.. it's annoying enough where I'd prob buy a different PSU if I had the chance. Maybe when I'm old, I won't hear that frequency anymore.

Great deal on a Plat fully modular PSU. I literally just ordered the 660w that was on sale two days ago. I got it today. I only use one video card but more watts is always good. Either way definitely worth picking up.

yup. I'm pretty sure they also make rosewill's units, but I could be wrong on that

Excellent psu I have the 860w version with the white individually sleeved Bitfenix cables. Mine runs in its "Eco" mode and I never hear it .

I owned this psu before and it was awful. The 6 pin melted on its own and occasionally over current protection would kick in and once it does you would need to unplug it for hours to reset it or it'll shut your computer off randomly. I also own one of their X series gold rated psu and it does none of that.

rma was also a pain taking at least 2 weeks, not accounting the time it takes your psu to travel to their rma facility.

Replaced it with a 860i by flextronics and couldn't be happier. Not suggesting a $200 psu over this, but I would look for alternatives.
