Yesterday I found Stanley Lithium Jump Starter P2G7KS for $29.91 at my local Sams Club. Sams Club item number is 913814 although I cannot find it online at samsClub.com. Amazon has 4.0 (out of 5) rating on virtually identical Stanley P2G7S (listed for $61.50). Walmart sells the same item for $45.
The item comes with a short jumper cable, cigarette lighter jumper cable, and home charger cable. It has two 2Amp USB ports, and a built-in LED light. It provides 12 cranking amps, 14.5 volts DC. The lithium batter is 21.6 volts, 2Ah.
I have also attached the product manual in pdf. The product manual claims that it can jump start a V8 engine.

Those product specs aren't right. Definitely has more than 750mAH and a far higher current capacity than 750ma. A double AA battery has higher specs than that.

Lol! 750mA is barely enough to jump start a frog's heart.

It will not start the car with V8 if the battery is completely dead.

OP. Please take no offense. Not thread crapping. I am in the market for 2 of these, seriously looking around before winter kicks in. I know one or both of my batteries have reached a state where they will fail on a cold winter morning. The reviews on this are scary. Copy pasted this 1 star review below from Walmart. Unfortunately, my search continues......

I received this as a gift which is the only reason I haven't returned it. I was excited when I initially got it, can jump a V8? In this small of a package? Plus charge phones and tablets? Awesome! Yeah it doesn't really do any of that. At least not well. It couldn't even jump a 4-cylinder car, after messing with it for over 3 hours ended up having to call roadside assistance anyways. Took them about 10 seconds once they got here. I thought ok, well at least it will charge phones and tablets. We had a power outage for about 6 hours and I tried to use it to charge my phone. It could barely keep up with the drain from usage. I have power packs that I spent $10 on that have done better than this. Read the positive reviews, they all got the product for free. This is an actual review of real usage.

Just curious - Did you try jump starting by directly connecting to the battery terminals or did you not try that?

I bought the bully pilot that was clearances at Kmart for $25. Any of these will start a v-8 if u left the headlights on etc, especially in summer. But, u can't start a 4 banger if it's been sitting dead for a year or if the battery in the car has a bad cell etc.

hmmm love/hate with these jump starters. I have two that are never ever charged when I need them. the thing with them is, you have to be all organized and have the memory to take it out of your trunk once every few weeks and charge it up, and also the memory to put it back in the car when charged(very important part) also, if you don't charge regularly the battery goes bad, which you don't know until you act All responsible and charge it, put in your trunk, excitedly pull it out because you're soooo responsible and, nope, battery went to shite.

12 amps? All the other jumpstarters are 400-500 amps.
