I hate watching the same movie twice so it's not a problem for me.
The theater is 1 block from me so now problem to buy the ticket there and not online.
I Googled it and don't see anything about AMC and Regal not accepting it, my neighborhood amc and regal are on the accepting list on Moviepass website.
Are you sure about that fact? I need to know before I purchase it, thanks!

I've been a member for about a year. They did away with contracts and cancelation fees. Also, it is very much accepted at Regel and AMC.

The link you gave is 3 years ago, don't you think things changed?
There is no mentioning about not being accepted at AMC or REGAL
As far as I understand if you cancel within the first month there is no cancellation fee so you can cancel a day before your month is over.

This is what I found on their T&C
27.4.2. MoviePass Month to Month Contract — If you are included in a Month to Month plan, section 27.4.1 is not applicable. Your MoviePass membership will continue month to month unless and until you cancel or MoviePass terminates. MoviePass will bill monthly on the same date every month, unless either party seeks to terminate the agreement. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's membership fees to your Payment method. If you do not contact us prior to the billing date, your card will be charged and termination will occur at the end of the next billing cycle. Subscription fees may be increased by MoviePass to reflect changes in standard ticket prices, inflation, MoviePass's costs, and additional taxes and costs not imposed by MoviePass. If you wish to terminate your agreement, you must notify MoviePass at least one business day prior to your next billing date. Any changes will take place at the end of the period for which fees have been paid, and will be introduced in the next billing cycle.

That mean that if you buy the one month from groupon you can cancel at any time and there is no fee because it's month to month and not yearly subscription

I have been using moviepass for last two months. It's pretty good so far. The card is accepted at Regal, Cinemark, Palladio, etc. Customer service is also ok. It's a pretty good deal if you watch movies regularly. If you want to watch movie twice pay it from your pocket, you are paying only 30 bucks per month for unlimited movies 1 each day.

I've had MoviePass for a couple years now. It's used at AMC and Regal. Landmark is the only one I know of that doesn't take it. It's great, especially if you go to the movies at least twice a month.

Get ready to pay $45. They have been rolling out the price hikes incrementally to existing accounts, so you should be seeing it soon. At $45 it isn't worth it at all unless you see at least 6 movies every single month, since you can pay $9 for a discounted movie pass at costco etc and not worry about when you use them.

I have used moviepass for 4 years this winter. I pay $35/month and see about 4 movies per month sometimes a few more(when i first started it was about 10 per month). In seattle movies are about $13, matinees $11. If you live in a city that has $5-$6 matinees or movie nights and only see blockbuster movies this service is probably not for you.
