Prizes:
Sixty Three (63) First Prizes: each First Prize is a prize package including a custom Gears of War 4 Xbox One console, an Xbox One controller, a Gears of War 4 game for Xbox One, and a Gears of War t-shirt (adult size large). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $645.00.

Five Hundred (500) Second Prizes: each Second Prize is a prize package including a Gears of War 4 game for Xbox One and an Xbox One controller. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $120.00.


1. How to Enter: To enter the Totino's Gears of War 4 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), which will take place from 12:00 A.M. Central Standard Time ("CST") on October 1, 2016 to 11:59 P.M. CST on April 30, 2017 ("Sweepstakes Period"), visit www.gearsofwar.totinos.com and follow the directions provided to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period. All Entries received in excess of the above-stated limitation will be void. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices or programs, script, macro or any other means which subvert the entry process will be void and will result in disqualification. Entries are the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting your Entry, you accept all Sweepstakes rules and agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final.

2. Eligibility: Only open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older and located within the United States at the time of entry. Void outside the United States and District of Columbia, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of General Mills, and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons residing in the same household, whether or not related, of each are not eligible to enter or win.
