I could just tape the entire box to my stomach and move things along a little quicker.

I always thought generic Costco pricing was the same everywhere... but no?

I haven't looked in my store yet, but on Google Express, it's $3.70 off, yes, but it's $9.19. See: https://vgy.me/tPKFVv.png (I'm in the Bay Area of California)

The price of $9.29 was given to me, also, when I asked on SD if anyone knew the price when the sale ad first leaked. Yet, on GExpress, it's cheaper.

No thanks, I usually buy the 12 pack and eat them all at once so buying 48 at once is dangerous.

Also usually when food is sold at a deep discount the expiration day is a bit closer on average.
Not at Costco.

Will these get all dry or discolored if I buy them now, and give them at Christmas? Holding time of about 3 months.

Google Express in northern california ships all their costco shipments from a costco in the bay, I forgot where, but all prices are reflective of that particular warehouses prices. YOu can talk to a CR on google express and they can tell you exactly which one, I forgot. Prices do change from costco to costco on some items, no idea why, I've noticed it between the SF costco and the Sacramento Costco. Bigger example is SF and Los Angeles. The los angeles one, almost everything that had a different price, LA was more expensive.

Expiration at our Costco was May 18th, 2017 seems like enough time to eat them up nod and don't forget to use Chase Freedom to get an extra 5% off currently going on till Dec 31st,2016 for Costco to make the deal sweeter

My family is from South America. I always buy these when they go on sale and ship them back home by cargo which takes on average 7 weeks. They always hold up and do not lose flavor as long as you keep them away from extreme heat and extreme cold. You should be fine to give these on Christmas.
