Lay’s Flavor All-Stars Promotion Hourly IWG & Sweepstakes - 11/13/16

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time ("CT") on October 3, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. CT on November 13, 2016.

ELIGIBILITY: The Lay's® Flavor All-Stars Promotion ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of any of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation.

The Promotion consists of two (2) separate components: (a) an Instant-Win Game; and (b) a Sweepstakes. Sponsor invites participants to participate in one or both components of the Promotion. Participation into one component does not constitute participation into the other. See below for complete details on how to participate in both components of the Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Promotion Period, visit www.laysflavorallstars.com (the "Web Site") and follow the online instructions to rate the featured Lay's® flavors, and complete and submit the registration form to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing (as defined in Rule #6) for a chance to win the Sweepstakes Prize.

Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person/email address per day.

HOW TO PLAY THE INSTANT-WIN GAME: There are two (2) ways to participate in the Instant-Win Game:

Call Toll Free: To play without making a purchase and sending a text, call toll free 1-877-966-6542 from your touch-tone telephone and follow the automated instructions (also a "Play"). Callers will be required to provide their phone number, including their area code, and date of birth (as two digits for month, two digits for day, and four digits for year) to verify eligibility. If you are a winner of a prize, you will hear a voice message indicating that you have won (subject to verification). The message will also provide next steps to claim your prize.

Text Message: A Code (defined below) is required if playing the Instant-Win Game via text messaging. To obtain a Code, purchase any specially-marked bag of Lay's® Smoked Gouda & Chive Potato Chips, Lay's® Chicken & Waffles Potato Chips, Lay's® Wavy West Coast Truffle Fries Potato Chips or Lay's® Sriracha Potato Chips and look for the numerical product code ("Code") located below the "guaranteed fresh" statement on the front of the Lay's® brand bag. Use your mobile device to text FLAVOR to short code 24477 and follow the automated instructions to text your birthdate (to confirm eligibility) and Code (a "Play"). For each text message Play, you will receive up to four (4) reply text messages about the Promotion from the Sponsor. Participants must have a mobile phone with text messaging capabilities to play by text message and may incur a standard text message charge from their wireless service provider for each text message sent and received. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Message and data rates may apply. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. PRIZE DETAILS:

Instant-Win Prizes (996 total; 1 per hour): $100.00, awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner.

Sweepstakes Prize (1): "Lay's® for a Year", awarded in the form of fifty-two (52) coupons; each redeemable for one (1) bag of Lay's® brand chips. Coupons subject to terms and conditions as stated on coupons. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Sweepstakes Prize is $230.00.

Total ARV of all prizes is $99,830.00.
