Thanks for sharing this. This is a good deal on a well reviewed item. To me, this is one of those grey market items that looks promising. It's not a full brand name that we are accustomed to, but it is not a cheap knock-off item. The video reviews that I have seen are impressive. It has tones and features that you don't normally get in a cheap product.

$15 is a damn good price too. These are going for $40 on Amazon and are well reviewed:

https://www.amazon.com/XIAOKOA-Ta...op?ie=UTF8

I bought 3 of them for nearly the same price as 1. Come to think of it, Amazon would charge me tax, so I got 3 for the price of 1 using the coupon on Banggood. I also opted to pay the extra $0.32 for quicker shipping. free shipping is 7-20 days and .32 shipping is 6-10.

Btw, I hate on bike thieves, so this is great product!

Everything about looks questionable and knockoff to me. Fakespot gives it a solid D for Amazon review quality. Yes, $18 in this deal is less than Amazon at $50 but that is not an indicator of a good deal.

This thing is primarily an alarm, why did the op not mention that in his/her threat title? I smell a self promotion. It seems that if you want to remove it (in order to charge it) that you have to unscrew it. Deal breaker for me, as my bike doesn't live near an electrical outlet.

It's a multifunction device. While riding, it acts as a tail light. With the impending time change, this function will get lots of use on my bike. Secondly, it acts as an alarm to deter thieves from stealing your bike. In combination with a lock, this will help them decide on another opportunity.

Don't read into the Amazon reviews. You should check the YouTube videos and see the actual function of the thing. The Fakespot gave it an A... Not sure where you are looking:

Do you happen to know what item this is a knock-off of? I'd like to know about a higher quality version if available.
