Pretty good deal on an amplified antenna, that is also detachable if you're close enough to the towers to not need it.. definitely handy with football and primetime TV starting back up.

Comes with a 10ft coax cable as well as a 12-month warranty

Use https://www.antennasdirect.com/tr...cator.html to see how far towers are from you.

I'll give it a try...

All my flat antennas will not pick up fox unless I do yoga while holding the antenna. Fyi, fox is only 13 miles away but faced on the opposite side of my apartment.

I have this one which I use for radio reception and it works great, keep in mind there are a lot of factors in getting reception on your TV /radio.
I live near the antenna farm in Newton, MA so reception can be tricky, this has helped on both radio/reciever.

For me the powered 1byone and the passive one I use in two places have worked like champs.

I'm in the same boat as gh0stleader. Roughly 20 miles from most antennas, but the mohu leaf antennas (unpowered and amplified) did not do much for me unless the antenna was held in perfect position with nobody in the way. According to antenna maps, it seems there are quite a few homes in our neighborhood that are keeping us from getting a strong signal.

Curious to see if anyone in this situation has figured out a solution without having to attach a roof/attic antenna and running coax through floors...

I ordered one of these [ebay.com] recently. I'm hoping it's a pretty good value for a 50 miler. I currently use a 35 mile (not amplified) Channel Master that I got for 4 bucks on a Slickdeal. It does the job for the most part, but can be flakey during storms.

Same here. I tried the 1byone 50 mile flat amplified antenna and when it was amplified no channels would come in, amplification would cause interference. Then, with no power I could get two of the three networks to come in that all come from the same location about 19 miles away, but they would stutter.

I was disappointed with my 50mile leaf style. It got only few channels. My existing rabbit ear could even get more channels than it.
I will try it more since does not worth to return it. Else it will be covered by dust...

I own 6 of these. It's all about placement. You can't just put them wherever you want and expect to get every channel crystal clear. It takes time and moving around. Try to not have anything within a 1 foot radius of it. I notice if I stand right next to it the picture is bad, even worse if I'm on my phone inches away due to interference. So keep that in mind and you'll be good. I still recommend these for the price. Funny thing is they all work better when they're not next to a window.

I bought a 40mi antenna at Walmart for $28 Sunday and couldn't get fox either. first time I used an antenna, thanks for letting me know I'm supposed to do yoga with it.
