This isn't as good of deal as the 38mm with the SS link band, but the prices are coming down with the Series 2 out.

Best Buy has the first generation SS case w/ the black sport band for $249 + tax and FS.

These are new in box.

There are open box deals for less, but none in my area in N. Texas.

The title description is wrong. This is 1st generation Apple Watch, not Series 1!

Whats the difference between First generation and a Series 1 Apple watch?

As I understand-only the watch bands! Iam correct?

That is not correct. Processor is different among other things.

This isn't really a new deal. They've been this price for a while, just in and out of stock.

These were $159 last week at Best Buy, I wonder why they jacked it up another hundred bucks?

Not for stainless steel version, unless I missed it.

It wasn't new, no. But it was definitely this watch for $159.

It was a Manufactured Refurbished, but still Stainless Steel.

Apple Watch 38mm w/ Stainless Steel Case (Certified Refurb) $160

As a Series 0 owner then I Can't recommend anyone spending anything over $200 for a Gen1 Watch. Yes, WatchOS3 makes it better but this is still 2yr old hardware that was pretty much a paid Beta so It will be the first device to be cut off from future upgrades.

I tend to agree about spending over $200 since you can get the series 1 instead. But I still think its worth getting if its under $200 and anyone wants to test out the apple watch.

I don't think apple will drop support for this watch anytime soon. For example iOS 10 still supports the iPhone 5 which is over 4 years old.
