GIVEAWAY ENTRY DATES: Giveaway begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on 10/04/16 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on 10/14/16 ("Giveaway Entry Period").

WHO MAY ENTER: Giveaway is open only to those who are: i) legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), ii) age 18 or older at time of entry ("Entrants"). To qualify for the random drawing, your Entry must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on 10/04/16. The Sponsor's agent's computer will be the time keeping device for the purposes of this Giveaway. Incomplete, damaged, altered, illegible or mechanical Entries will be disqualified.
