This is my dream set up for gaming. Just got something similar on ebay, slightly used and no taxes with a gtx 970. If there is good space and PSU upgrades easily, this is pretty nice. I think both are true btw. Oh and if you like this and have taxes (which kills the deal, like 10% in chicago), check ebay, lots of custom builds same price but you get more.

PSU is a generic 300W, most likely need to replace that to pair with your 970 to make it a gaming rig.
