I was in Home Depot in Natick, MA today and saw this deal. Husky 1/4in Pneumatic Impact Driver model H4340 for $23, marked down from $89.98. They had 4 left.

I stopped in at Sears and also saw a

12" General purpose saw blade marked down from $34.99 to $12.94

and a

6in stacked dado kit marked down from $79.99 to $45.94

LINKs FOR REFERENCE ONLY. Pictures attached of discount in store. I'm not sure if it is local to the store I saw in or national.

Thanks alot OP. Been looking for an impact driver for awhile. Never thought of an air impact driver but for 23 bucks it can't hurt. Thanks.

Why would an air tool be illegal in California?

I have never heard of some air tools being illegal but easy way to find out is to go into your home depot and check and see if it is in stock. if it is in stock, it is legal. Home depot says they have none in stock but mine had about 12.

Checked 4 local home depots for the impact driver and didn't find a single one... checked the item number and sku at the terminal and nothing came up for either number.

This is not an in store item. You will only find it at your local HD, if someone bought it online and returned it to the store. Then the store will discount it.

boom.

I am a part time HD employee.

1. No it not illegal in California.

2. Usually it's your county or city that ban items, not the state.
