I have an older model of this and it is great. Yes you have to fill the tank, but one tank does a large kitchen easily. It uses a minimal amount of water and sucks the majority of it up. The scrubbing heads do a nice job on everything from vinyl to tile. I have also used it on hard woods as mine has a hard wood set of scrubbers that are soft. Works very well!

This was on sale at Costco last week, and I couldn't make it in to their store. Would rather buy from Costco due to the warranty, but since I don't have to drive an hour to get it, this is good too.

I picked one of these up from Costco and wasn't all that impressed. Didn't get into the grout and wouldn't work on a heavy spot I had (had to finish scrubbing by hand). I felt like I could have done the same job with a steam cleaner as the scrubbers didn't seem to be doing an awful lot (yes, I adjusted the scrubber levels and made sure I was using the tile scrubber and not the wood one).
